Billing, refunds, a question you think is wrong, an exam we do not cover yet. We reply within two working days. A question you believe is factually wrong is the most useful mail we get — quote it and tell us why, and we will either fix it or explain the source.

Deletion, access, or anything else covered by our privacy notice. Write from the address in question, or expect us to ask you to confirm you control it.

We are not affiliated with AWS, CompTIA, or any other certification body, so we cannot reschedule your exam, release your score, or reach anyone on your behalf. For those, go to whoever sold you the exam.
