Refunds
14 days, no reason needed. One email is enough, and we do not argue.
Paid plans are not open yet — nothing on Quizdi can charge you today. This is the policy that applies from the day they open, published in advance so you can read it before you decide, not after.
Monthly and Annual
Ask within 14 days of a charge and we refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask you to sit through one more study session first.
The 7-day trial is not a charge. If you cancel during it, there is nothing to refund — you are simply not billed.
On renewals the same 14 days apply. If a renewal caught you by surprise, that is exactly the case this window is for.
Exam Pass
Same 14 days, with one condition: you have answered fewer than 50 questions on it. Exam Pass is 180 days of access bought outright, so an unconditional window would let the whole thing be used up inside it.
Past that, write to us anyway. If the reason is that the product did not do what this site said it does, the limit is not the point.
Canceling
Cancel any time in Settings — no email, no retention flow, no three-screen exit. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and are not billed again.
Canceling on its own does not refund the period you are in. If you want that back too and you are inside the 14 days, say so when you write.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address on the account and say you want a refund. We reply within two working days and send the refund the same day we reply.
The money goes back to the card or account you paid with — we cannot send it anywhere else. Your bank then takes its own time, usually three to ten days, which is out of our hands.
Pass guarantee is a separate thing
The pass guarantee on the Annual plan extends your access free until you pass; on Exam Pass it adds another 180 days. Either way it is not a refund and it does not shorten or replace the 14 days above. Monthly does not carry it.
To qualify you complete at least 1 full-length practice exam (Mock exam in the app) and score at least 50 points above your exam’s pass mark on it (for example, 750 where the pass mark is 700) before you take the real exam. Nothing is for sale yet, so nothing here is in effect yet — these conditions will be published with the terms before the first paid plan opens.
